The supplementary file includes all the source data tables for the differentially expressed biomarkers used for comparison analysis between allergy and cancer.

Table S1 Source data tables depicting the list of all biomarkers associated with allergic diseases (n=4403) downloaded from the DAABV2 database. The tables provide information for protein-coding biomarkers.
This file contains four sheets. Each sheet has 13 columns containing relevant information regarding the gene name of the biomarker, HGNC gene name, description, aliases, UniProt ID, organism, disease phenotype, sample, technique, omic, study, expression, and reference.
Table S1A: List of all human biomarkers associated with allergic diseases reported in DAABV2.
Table S1B: List of human biomarkers associated with asthma reported in the DAABV2.
