LncRTPred
A Machine Learning tool to predict

LncRNA-mRNA interactions

Welcome to LncRTPred server

Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are noncoding transcripts having length ˃200 nucleotides. These molecules bind to mRNAs and regulate gene expression. Hence, it is essential to understand the binding mechanisms exhibited by them. LncRTPred, is a machine learning based lncRNA-target prediction tool, which identifies the binding probabilities between lncRNA and mRNA for Human and Mouse Species. It incorporates four Machine Learning driven models such as Decision Tree, K-Nearest-Neighbours, Random Forest and LightGBM.

Note: If two or more users execute the tool, it will generate ambiguous result. It is suggested to wait for some time to resolve ambiguities.

Standalone LncRTPred tool can be accessed from Here
