Providing the input

A single sample VCF file of an MTB clinical isolate should be given as input. The VCF file must be selected from the "Choose File" option.

Understanding the outputs

The results page gives the sample output in the form of: i) Sample Name (Run ID of the sample given as an input) ii) Predicted class (resistant or susceptible), iii) Prediction score (A probability score for the sample class prediction), iv) 20 contributing mutations or features obtained from the application of the SHAP tool based on the minimalistic optimal model trained with 50 features.
