PSCRIdb, a manually curated database composed of protein-protein, protein-DNA, gene-gene and miRNA-mRNA interaction datasets in human and mouse pluripotent stem cells(PSCs). The database integrates high throughput followed by low throughput data such as AP-MS, IP-MS, Co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), ChIP-chip followed by qRT-PCR, ChIP-Seq followed by qRT-PCR, knockdown and over expression followed by qRt-PCR.
