PSCRIdb, a manually curated database composed of protein-protein, protein-DNA, gene-gene and miRNA-mRNA interaction datasets in human and mouse pluripotent stem cells (PSCs). The database integrates high throughput followed by low throughput data such as affinity purification-mass spectrometry (AP-MS), co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), ChIP-on-chip followed by qRT-PCR, ChIP-Seq followed by qRT-PCR, knockdown and over expression followed by qRt-PCR. A total 3037 entries from published literatures are compiled in the database. It integrates 1672 protein-protein, 572 protein-DNA, 443 gene-gene and 353 miRNA-mRNA interaction data.
