DRAGdb, a manually curated, repository of mutational data of drug resistance associated genes (DRAGs) across ESKAPE (i.e. Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterobacter spp.) pathogens, and other bacteria with a special focus on Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB).
Users can get resistance data of drugs, genes or organisms from DRAGdb using 1) Keyword Search OR 2) Advance Search. The Browse page also allows users to search individual Drug, Gene or Organism data. The functional impact of the mutations was analysed using PROVEAN webserver and incorporated in DRAGdb.
An Utility page with embedded BLAST algorithm is available to determine the presence of drug resistance associated mutation(s) in user input sequence.
