LncPTPred Analytical tool Predict interactions between Long Noncoding RNA (LncRNA) and Protein

In order to predict RNA binding position corresponding to the selected protein user need to enter Protein Name from given list, RNA sequences, Window Length, Shift Size corresponding to RNA windows and Strand specificity. All the fields are mandatory. The interactions are predicted along whole RNA sequences using sliding window manner.
