Tools
PVT is an efficient spliced alignment tool for RNA-Seq reads. It is capable of aligning both single-end and paired-end RNA-Seq reads to mammalian-sized genomes and finding out both annotated and novel splice junctions.
miRTPred is target prediction tool based on a blended learning model. The predictor model is trained using experimentally validated miRNA-mRNA target interactions from CLIP and CLASH experiments. The optimal model is built using an ensemble learning model.
